We’re Avital Schwartz Events and we are a Toronto based event company. Founded in 2022, we aim to make your party dreams come true. A lover of all celebrations, Avital Schwartz is certified by the Wedding Planning Institute of Canada and has many years of experience planning and executing events of all kinds – including weddings, mitzvahs, corporate and socials.

“Avital did such an amazing job as the month of coordinator for our August 2023 wedding, our day truly was the perfect day thanks to her! Avital created an extremely detailed itinerary which allowed our day to flow smoothly. She brought up details and logistics that we hadn’t even thought to consider during the planning process, which made our day even better than we could have imagined. We had some last-minute changes to make to our reception schedule the week of the wedding, which she handled for us no problem. She advocated for us when issues came up with other vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding and was able to resolve those problems for us quickly and without stress. She worked closely with our many different vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and following the schedule for the day.
We were not aware of any problems or stresses on the day of the wedding, Avital had everything handled for us. It is because of Avital that we were able to remain stress free and truly enjoy our day. “Avital was exactly what we needed on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, we scheduled calls and were always in contact with one another getting final details together. Unlike many brides, I opted to use her for a day of coordinator as I had planned most of the wedding myself. But I couldn’t have done the actual day without her. She made sure everything arrived when it was supposed to, she met us for pictures, she made sure the programming was on schedule. She was my brain for the day. And in all honesty, it felt like she was as invested in my wedding as if it was her very own.
She is extremely visionary. Fortunately, she had already done a wedding at my venue before me but I know that even if she hadn’t, it would have been a breeze for her. The vendors had set up the room as described but when she arrived, she made some executive decisions re: table locations and settings and it ended up looking fantastic. While we were taking photos she let me know that some changes to the set up would be made, and I didn’t even bat an eye. I knew my day was in good hands.
I can be pretty detailed, particular and sometimes hard to please but Avital never let a single detail fall between the cracks. I’ve since recommended her to others who are getting married. Overall, I am super happy with how the day went. I don’t think it could have been any more amazing than it was and much of that is because of Avital!”
